Completed:

• Speed humps, and "no left turn" signs on 7th Avenue
• APS lights in the alleys and along the canal bank
• Address numbers on curbs and alley fences
• Dawn-to-dusk, motion, and flood lighting on houses
• Deadbolts and locking mailboxes on houses
• Historic District designation!

In Progress:

• New traffic study (City of Phoenix) to assess speeding and cut-thru traffic
• Installation of permanent message boards on 3rd Avenue
• Design and installation of permanent monument markers on main entrances of the neighborhood
