New Apartments Coming To Central & Highland!!
Vedura Residential is breaking ground this month on upscale apartments at the southwest corner of Central & Highland.  The project is 266 units, 4 stories tall, with a hidden parking garage and construction time of about a year.  Vedura will be widening Highland Ave. next to the site (yea!), and also building a Pierson Place monument marker at Central Ave.  Many, many thanks to Vedura for helping with the monument, and we look forward to nurturing a great relationship with them.

Residents take pictures of graffiti, code violations, and potential crimes in the neighborhood and send them to the Police and various City Departments. It is a great program that gets things resolved fast!
