New dog waste bag dispensers come to Pierson Place
They are located on the message boards on 3rd Avenue at Mariposa, Elm, and the canal bridge. Residents: please help refill these dispensers with your plastic grocery bags any time you can. Enjoy your pets, enjoy your neighborhood!
New Apartments Coming To Central & Highland!!
Vedura Residential is breaking ground May 2014 on upscale apartments at the southwest corner of Central & Highland. The project is 266 units, 4 stories tall, with a hidden parking garage and construction time of about a year. Vedura will be widening Highland Ave. next to the site (yea!), and also building a Pierson Place monument marker at Central Ave. Many, many thanks to Vedura for helping with the monument, and we look forward to nurturing a great relationship with them.
